I am not an easy client to work with but they have always been very nice, friendly and comforting to me at my worst. My husband and I ended up paying about $6000-$8000 more then their advertised prices.  Our case was difficult and we found out AFTER we paid the nonrefundable down payment that DIFFICULT meant MUCH MORE MONEY in medications.  Our approximate cost with this office and medications were about $19,000 when our originally understanding of the costs were about $12,000.  The doctor and head nurse treated us very rudely throughout the time we were going there!  I could go on and on about everything that happened that NEVER should of, but I am just going to shorten this by saying, it was an AWFUL experience!I am not one to write reviews but I just thought that maybe if I would of read something like this before we signed up with this office, I would of known to ask about any OTHER charges that might occur or maybe I would of gone to get a second opinion at a different office.It is so difficult for couples going through fertility issues, the way we were treated by this office did not need to be added to the stress of the whole situation.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-19-01"}]}
