> I was in Thomas ville Encino location and purchased an item.  I dediced that I walked out of the store and decided that I did not want the item.  I walk two feet and decided upon at that upon outside the facility.  I walked back in and told the manager that I would like a refund.  He refused to return the product and was very rude about the way he handled the business.  He then went back to his office and his salesperson can in to tell me all about the the procedures and policies about returning such product.  Then the sales staff tried to get rid of me to pushing me out the door.  I find the store empty with no customers, and the sales people not very friendly.   Why in these tuff times, is no no really compassion, and customer service. Whom every owns this particular store, needs to really pay more attention to staff.   I would highly recommend to "fire" the manager of this location.  He was very rude and not very helpful.  He acted like he really did not care.
