> I would not recommend renting from Bounce O Round.  They were very rude, unhelpful, and in the end I was very dissatisfied with their customer service.  There are many companies out there providing the same service and I would suggest using one of them instead.

> I have 3 children so I have used my share of different inflatable jumper companies over the past 10 years. However, Bounce O Round provides prompt and courteous service that distinguishes them from the other companies. When they arrived to deliver and set up the inflatable castle, I was not sure how it would fit in my driveway but they went above and beyond to ensure it would fit and that I was happy with where it was situated. The inflatable and the equipment (blower motor and tarps, etc.) were clean and in good shape. I also noticed that they meticulously clean and disinfect everything in between uses. The people representing Bounce O Round are courteous and very professional and the owner is a family man too! I highly recommend them for any of your kid party needs.
