> I walked in to this Clips at around 6:30 PM this evening and was initially pleased to see nobody waiting with 2 staff members with 2 customers. Then one person said it would be 15 minutes when it appeared that both customers were almost done. Well come to find out the one stylist was talking for 50 seconds and cutting for 10. She couldn't do both at once, but had to stop one and perform the other. The other stylist was busy talking to the mother of the girl in the chair. Nothing but talk in this store. The wait turned out to be 20 minutes while it took only 12 minutes to clip my hair. It would have been cheaper to race to Tierrasanta and get it clipped there (My favorite location. Update -fixed Here it is 2 years later and it is a repeat of the review above. Sad
