John, the co-owner lied to my wifes face and tricked her into signing a contract, that was not the same as their verbal agreement.  When we spoke over the phone about it, he denied the verbal agreement, so now we are stuck paying $93 a quarter for service, or paying $250 to cancel.  I thought this may of just been a miscommunication and a one time thing.
