The second one is still under warranty for peeling, cracking, etc.  We are hoping that Mr. Cooper will keep his promise and repair the damage.    I have tried to communicate with him through phone, e-mail, and regular mail. It has been difficult to contact him.","rating":3,"date_published":"2013-29-06"}]}
