I gave them the right number and they typed it correctly on one side of the folder and on the other side of the folder they typed wrong. How is this a customer’s fault? Fernando arrogantly refused to reimburse my money or print a new product. He offered me some cheap stickers (half price) to hide their error, Really? He had the nerve to advise me if I really want my money I need to take him to small claims court. Shame on you Fernando. Be very careful working with this company they will not stand behind their product errors.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-14-11"}]}
