> This lawnmower shop has always been very fair in pricing and timely in getting my equipment repaired. Some may think that the guy behind the counter is a little rough around the edges, but I think his candid honesty is refreshing. I don't feel like I'm going to be taken advantage of here. As for the reviewer that gave a poor rating, perhaps you should have asked them to take a look at your machine to make sure all was ok rather than telling them you only wanted 2 things done to it. It's like me bringing my car into the mechanic and telling him I only want my wiper blades replaced, and then complain when I drive home and my brakes are squeaking.... Overall I would recommend this shop.

> I've found North County Lawnmower to have very reasonable and honest mechanic services. I trust my garden equipment will get repaired correctly, or they will let me know if it's not worth the cost of repairing in advance. Sometimes not what I want to hear, but nice to know before a huge repair bill.

> We had this shop replace pull cord and sharpen blade. We got it home and it would not start. They did not even try to start it. Then when I called, the person got belligerent and arumentative about it, telling me that I should have told them to check the engine. A good shop would at least check that it starts! This business does not care about keeping customers!
