I bought a $2500 necklace and it broke after I gave to my fiance. I took it back to the place and they wouldn't replace it. They made me wait a week to get it fixed. I was told 3 days originally and I had to call each day after until I finally got my necklace fixed. I was so upset but mostly at myself. I should have know that any place that has a \"all sales are final\" policy are rip offs.
