> Pushy sales tactics! I was approached by them at the Vista Strawberry Festival a while back to sign up for their services. I was a  little hesitant and explained how it is only myself and young son who live at home. They were very persuasive and friendly. Mike told me that if I ever needed to stop delivery, just to call and it would be no problem. So I signed up, before I knew it, I had 4 five-gallon size jugs in my apt hiding behind my couch. When I called to stop/freeze delivery, I was still being charged the service fee. I explain to the lady how Mike said it would be no problem and that I shouldn't have to pay until I needed more water. She replied with something like " Mike doesn't handle the billing." I ended up having them remove the filter from my home, returning all the unopened jugs and paying their fees.  Whoever the lady is that answers their phone is extremely rude. I paid the small balance and asked her for a receipt showing end of service/ balance paid in full but she told me that they don't provide anything like that. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
