Don, JR and crew showed integrity, honesty and meticulous attendance to details during the entire repair process, and gave me a rebuilt structure which is better than new. I am impressed with the honest culture and dedication to quality that this business possesses. It's seems a carry over from the days of quality and good service (Christian ethics plays a large part). Plus I got a free RV detail on completion. When I had floor damage from leakage they gave me several options and recommendations as well guidance on preventative maintenance. I haven't had a need to use them for the past couple of years so I'm not sure if personnel changes have changed the level of service but I found the owner to be very knowledgeable and helpful. *11/4/2015 via Direct* --- **davemacgyver** - 1/5 > If you want RV parts, go somewhere else! I've been there 3 times and each time the parts rep had a chip on his shoulder. He complained for 5 minutes for my asking him one question about a product there, then he took a customer phone call and insulted the caller's intelligence after hanging up.
