But when I came through last week, paid for my wash, then proceeded to drive in the car wash - it wouldn't start! I backed up a little, then drove forward again trying to trigger the start process, but still - nothing! I backed all the way out then started back in again, but it still wouldn't start. Since there were two cars waiting behind me, I drove all the way out and parked to look for an attendant. I walked all over the car wash lot looking for someone who worked there, but there was only people washing their cars - no one who actually worked there. I looked for a \"call attendant\" button on the payment machine, but there wasn't one - only a phone number that lead to an answering machine that said no one was available. Since I needed my car washed before the next morning, I paid again and that time the car wash worked. When I got home and checked my credit card activity, it showed that I was in fact charged TWICE for only one car wash. I called and left a message, and never got a call back. Then I sent an e-mail explaining what happened, and still - No reply! Okay, it's only $7, but it makes me not want to use this wash anymore. I paid $14 for a $7 car wash, and no one is bothering to correct the issue. I won't return until someone gives me the time of day.","rating":2,"date_published":"2009-29-04"}]}
