We are having to move because the owners are selling the property. We have located a new property that is being managed by Horizon Properties as their good service was a deciding factor in going with them again. So great I wish they would cover more of California. All of their staff is friendly and helpful. Even with all the complications involved with leasing my first rental property they were there. They found me awesome tenants, made timely deposits into my personal account and broke down every expense that I incurred for any repairs. They were always sure to get my approval and find me the best deal possible before going forward with any work. I genuinely felt Horizon properties wanted to help and protect me.
