Upon my initial phone call I was greeted with a bleak hello. I was thrown off because I was expecting to hear a pleasant voice stating the company name. I thought I had dialed the wrong number. I verified that I dialed the correct number and was told that I did. I asked what areas they were able to cover and I was asked why I wanted to know. I explained what I was looking for and asked again what areas they covered and was again asked why I wanted to know. I then stated that I thought I had reached a professional janitorial company and disconnected the call.  If the person on the phone would have been a little bit more responsive and professional that company could have been awarded a nice contract.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-15-06"}]}
