> I'd read horrible things about this dentist so I was a little scared to go in. Honestly, it was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I'm terrified of the dentist, so I normally just don't go. I had several cavities, my wisdom teeth needed to be removed, and a cracked tooth in need of a root canal. Dr. Mosley was kind and sat me down to explain what my xrays told him, as well as the work that would need to be done. His office worked with me to schedule referrals. The places he referred me were awesome as well. His office is a little run down, & def. nothing fancy. However, the people there are nice. The receptionist seemed very unorganized though, and I did have to wait about 10 minutes to fill out the referral paperwork while she shuffled through papers and helped other patients...but honestly, overall I would recommend this place. Typically HMO dentists are not this kind.

> The waiting room was packed when I walked in almost like a line at the dmv. the staff wasn't great and the dr wasn't either.  the wait was unbearable and I will never return.  People were walking out as I waited for 1 hour.  I don't know if the air was off or if it was because there were so many people but this isn't a place to get your whites whitened.  Keep looking there are othere great dentist out there with better service.

> My biggest problem with dentists is having to wait so I was very careful BEFORE I ever went into this dentist's office and spoke with the personnel about not being able to wait and was told that they would NEVER make someone wait in the dentist's chair for over 30 minutes.  Well, I just spent 50 minutes in the dentist's chair waiting for my 5 minute cleaning.  Not one word to me to tell me that they were running behind or how much longer it would be and give me the opportunity to reschedule .... nothing.  Irresponsible and unprofessional.  Needless to say, I walked out.
