Linda assisted me with a contempt of court case, in family law. On the day of our court appearance, because Linda had filed a response on my behalf, we thought the judge would have reviewed the response and made a decision that morning.Well, that didn't happen. The judge asked if we wanted to waive our right to a speedy trial, and Linda responded firmly "No". The judge looked at the calendar, and said, can both parties come back today? I was torn-up inside. This was not apart of our plan. Linda, a blessing from the heavens, moved some things around on her calendar and made it work so that we could appear later that day. I don't know what I would have done if we had to go back another day for the trial.While there was only the court reporters, the ballif, the judge, my child's father, myself and Linda, it felt like a TV drama.I was put on the stand, my son's father cross-examined me, Linda asked me questions (which she prepped me for) and after an hour of hearing both sides, the judge dismissed the case due to previous precedent from a former court case.Linda was professional. She asked all the right questions. She was alert and she stayed engaged with me, allowing her to pick-up on my body language and facial expressions. We were a good team! She made me feel like we were a team!According to Google, there aren't many great family law attorneys in Solano county, and Linda has great reviews.
