I paid over $850 for the work done. I was never asked if I wanted the parts that were replaced and never thought of it until I paid the invoice and noticed a box checked stating I did NOT want replaced parts. My bad, I know now to always insist on parts replaced stay in my possesion. After my car failed smos test, I went back to Rubin's garage because smog station reccommended a motor scan for my car. Rubin's could not or would not scan or diagnois my car. He reccomended a $100 a gallon collant additive. $950 and I was offered no help what-so-ever to scan or diagnois problems. Lesson learned; I will only take any car I ever own to a garage that is at least 1) ACS certified mechanics and 2) Equiped or able to electronically scan or diagnois a problematic (unable to pass smog) engine.","rating":1,"date_published":"2009-15-08"}]}
