They are as quick to tell me if a repair does not need to be done as they have been to say what does. The fact that they do not take advantage and add on unnecessary work is greatly appreciated. My car had started running rough and the check engine light was on. When I first called to ask if they even worked on Audi, I was surprised to hear that they not only worked on Audi, but the person I spoke with said they have had many euro cars including Audis, Volkswagens, BMWs and Mercedes there. I was asked if I could bring it in right away, which I did not expect, so I made an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived the first thing I noticed about the place was how clean it was. This was no hole in the wall or fly by night operation. When I got into the office, the walls were covered with certificates and awards, the mechanics were all certified and had their permits and certificates on display for everyone to see. They are also a AAA approved shop so that made me feel at ease.The person taking my information was very polite and seemed to know what he was talking about, he assured me that he was a fan of VWs and Audis and would take good care of my car. Just after lunch I was called and was told that my car had a code for a misfire and there was a coil that had gone bad. The price for repair was typical for what I have paid before on my car. The service at Ryan's was top notch and I felt like they really cared about me and my car. Plus they stand behind their work with a good warranty. I asked if they also did regular maintenance on Audis and they do!
