> Sam was our technician.  He was very knowledgeable and efficient.  He told us a few things we could do to keep the appliance running well.  I was stressed over how dirty the cooktop was and he showed me how to clean it properly and using the Sears cooktop cleaner, he cleaned it to look like new.

> We have had nothing but the best service from Sears repairmen/women. Our freezer is so old, that there aren't replacement parts for our shelves, which keep falling down. The repairman found a way to jury rig it, so that it stays up just fine.. Our refrigerator ice maker wasn't working, the guy had it up and running, said he had other calls to make, but would call us back, to check on how the ice maker was doing. It works fine now, cranking out ice. We have the warranty extensions as well, they have saved us a LOT. Highly recommended.

> I would have given NO STARS if given the option. I have 3 machines so need service often. They have sent out a tech who does not know what he is doing. I have him on camera just "kicking" at the machine as if kicking a car tire. He further delays the repair. I have been assured 4 times he would not be assigned yet they still send him. When I call to reschedule, they give me an appointment at minimum 10 days away. Of course parts always need ordered so this again delays the repair another 10- 14 days. Absolutely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE!Heads up Sears- Moving forward I plan to send a poor rating EVERYTIME you delay my service.
