But don't talk to \"Service Manager\" Cliff Jr. He can't get back to you no matter how you follow his own instructions about what to do or how to reach him. When you do get a hold of him, he's full of apologies and excuses about why he couldn't get back to you...then does it again and again. The problem is, no one has time for that. There are other options out there. We've let our property manager know so she can hire another company in future.","rating":1,"date_published":"2019-13-05"}]}
