The trees were planted properly, but I was not happy with the tree species selection. I had signed off on everything and Moon Valley could have easily said they had met their commitment, which was true. However, when I went back and spoke to them they said they did not want an unhappy customer. We discussed the tree selection and they sent out their crew to swap out the trees. They planted two of the most perfect Live Oak trees and I am thrilled with the result . My tropical paradise I created in the desert didn't fair so well this winter with the record breaking freeze we had. As always I was very impressed by the quality of plants and the service I received from these people. Even during the heat of the summer I had someone who was willing to give me all the info I needed and They made sure I picked the right plants.
