If something is broke it gets fixed right away. The equipment is nice and it's not overly croweded (except Zumba). My issue is with the staff/manager. I was recently ill and requested to term my membership over the phone and was told I had to come in person to cancel. Three months later, when I was well, I was told I could have done it over the web. That would have been nice to not have spend $150 for nothing over the three months it took me to get there and cancel. When I suggested their staff may need updating on their policies, I was told, their staff was well aware of their policies and wouldn't have said that. It's always nice as a customer to be told your a liar. If you want to be treated as a person, I'd go elsewhere.","rating":1,"date_published":"2012-11-01"}]}
