> Met a friend I hadn't seen for almost 3 years at this location.  She drove from the Bay area and I drove from Nevada.  It was her first Chick-fil-A experience and she absolutely loved it.  We had the Cobb salad which is my favorite.  We sat and chatted for almost 2 1/2 hours and no one made us feel like we should move on.  It was a very busy time but the line moved quickly and the staff busily kept the eating area clean for incoming diners as others finished and left.  The management staff was working shoulder to shoulder with the general staff--very impressive!--and all were most gracious. Before we departed I treated my friend to a large frosted coffee for our respective drives home. It was a wonderful time and one we hope to repeat periodically.

> The food at this fast food place is absolutely tastless.  Years ago I fell in love with the food while living in San Jose CA and was SOOO excited to have one come into Folsom.  The food I remember was an actual chicken part, cooked to moist perfection, and served on a warmed bun.  The chicken patty I received today was totally flat like an oversized flattened chicken nugget, was completely tastless in spite of the added sauce, and was overcooked (therefore dry).  The fries came to us cold and the lemonade was WAY too strong.  The service was good, the staff friendly but that does not offset the poor quality of the food.  By comparison, the chicken nuggets I sampled at Costco later in the same day were moist and flavorful.  Enter at your own risk, I for one will go to In and Out Burger or McDonalds to spend my 6 plus dollars.
