The front office staff gave me a warm and friendly greeting, I sat in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes. Once I was in the examination room the Dr. took the time and really listened to all of my symptoms and addressed everything in a professional but also friendly manner. Scheduled an appointment.  Took off work. Drove to the office only to find out that they didnt do that type of surgery in their office. Asked if there was a surgeon closer to our house and they told us no...they would refer us to a doctor farther away. After some research, found a surgeon who would do the procedure about 10 min from home. They should have called to tell us they couldnt do that procedure in their office. Now we have to pay for the office visit.","rating":1,"date_published":"2017-14-03"}]}
