The service has been great and quick.  The staff efficient and friendly. When I called to schedule the car, they said it would be a few hours for them to work on it.  I should have known better, but I spent time visiting the many stores nearby and places to eat.  When it had been about 3.5-4 hours, I asked at the desk when my car would be ready & was told at least another hour.  They claimed they told me it was an all day job, which they hadn't.  Had I known, I would have gotten a ride home from someone rather than wasting an entire afternoon.  When I did get the car, they almost forgot to replace one of the floor mats.  I had to ask for it.  The car was still VERY wet and no one suggested keeping the windows down to air it out & let it dry.  The next AM it was still very wet, so I rolled the windows down so it could dry faster.  Now I've noticed that the windows that have dark film seems to be bubbling, which never was like that before.  I called & was told they never use ammonia cleaners, but offered to scrape the film off if I wanted.  No financial compensation tho. I applied for a job at Folsom Glenn not to long ago to pick up an application. When I arrived I talked to somebody that said, quote \"I got a white boy looking for a job\". Exact words. Im full Hispanic and El Salvadorian but I look \"white\". This was very offensive. I will neither ever think about working for them let alone get a car wash from them ever again. Folsom Glenn does a really quality wash and when I need a detail they do a great job. The people are friendly and much of their staff has been there for many years.
