> Agree with the previous reviews. with one stars. worst customer service, I'll rather drive more and choose another store for fabric and go to Michaels for all my craft needs. Ms Terry is very rude and arrogant and has no sense of customer Service.

What can you expect from others when the manager Ms Terry is so rude herself and has no sense of management...prefer Michaels anytime for craft and would go somewhere else for fabrics...

> Absolutely the worst customer service. I once stood in line for nearly a half hour, with ONE cashier working an exchange that was obviously way past her competency level. I asked another store associate who was making jewelry if she could help, and she said she couldn't. (Making jewelry is more important than customers, apparently.)  Three customers left before they made their purchases, because they got fed up waiting. Nice selection of stuff, but be prepared to wait.
