The owner has greeted us often and treats my parents like one of their own everytime they visit. Food is fairly authentic Italian and the service is always warm and welcoming. I paid their required $100 deposit eight weeks ahead of time to hold the reservation only to find out less than 4 weeks ahead of time that they \"forgot\" they had a fundraiser event that same Tuesday. Keep in mind, I was told a minimum of 4 times before I placed down the deposit that the day was open for reservations. Their suggested alternative? I should change my date or change the time to 3-4pm. In the adult working world, 3-4pm isn't exactly reasonable people!
