Signing up was a nightmare, I should have known back then the first time they lost my banking info! Now I get a notice that my insurance has been cancelled due to non payment. I WAS \"SETUP FOR AUTO PAYMENT\" so I never expected a bill. Turns out the company didn't follow through and get all of my information out to the insurance co. I called to rectify the situation. And 3 different people didn't call me back. Top it off today the last time I called them I was put on hold for the manager for about ten minutes, THEY HANG UP ON ME, THEN STOP ANSWERING MY CALLS LOL Very professional!!!!
