> Officer Hale on injured reserve, working the front desk in civilian clothes, was very friendly and willing to help with my questions on a procedural problem I was having. He gave me good advice, phone no's and was able to connect me with the appropriate dept. Kim, property clerk  was also courteous, patient, going the extra mile to explain her procedures and what I could do to save time and money..She had since called with info etc The dept was honorably represented.
