> Very poor customer service. JB Custom Upholstery had my chair for almost three weeks. Every time I call to check up on it it was not finished and I was told I would be called back asap. I never recieved any call backs from this company. When I went to pick it up, I got there and my chair had not been touched yet. I was told to come down because it was finished and was lied to. I took back my chair and did not let them finish. I explained to the company what they had done to make me an unsattisfied customer and they did not care. Overall a waste of three weeks and very dissapointing. I had to choose one star because there is nothing lower.
