The washer went out and when we called for them to fix it they told us they will call back and never did, we had someone else fixed it. The refrigerator went out they didn't call us back,  so we called Sears they told us is the compressor.  Now today we called them for the refrigerator and they said that it doesn't sound like it's the compressor. Like they are better than Sears. One of the workers is a racist that treated my parents and I like crap. We are US Citizen no need to be cruel. They appliances dont work. They say they will come and fix the appliances but they will wait until the three month guarantee  to be over.
