> We bought a washer & dryer set and a refrigerator. The washer went out and when we called for them to fix it they told us they will call back and never did, we had someone else fixed it. The refrigerator went out they didn't call us back,  so we called Sears they told us is the compressor.  Now today we called them for the refrigerator and they said that it doesn't sound like it's the compressor. Like they are better than Sears.  Smh...I would NOT RECOMMEND  them to any one....they are prejudice too.

> They have  the worst costumer service and appliances. One of the workers is a racist that treated my parents and I like crap. We are US Citizen no need to be cruel. They appliances dont work. They say they will come and fix the appliances but they will wait until the three month guarantee  to be over. Dont Go.

> THEY SELL APPLIANCE THAT DONT WORK PROPERLY THEN THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM I BOUGHT A FRIDGE ABOUT SIX MONTHS AGO THEY CAME TO TRY AND FIX MY ICE MAKER FIVE TIMES AND IT TILL DONT WORK NOW THE WHOLE FRIDGE WENT OUT ON ME AND I HAVE TO PAY TWO GET IT FIXED MYSELF I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO KNOW ONE  I EVEN REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND FILED TWO COMPLAINTS ON THEM AND THEY DIDNT EVEN ANSWER THEM BACK NOW THEY HAVE A RATING OF A D WITH THEM O WATCH OUT FOR THEM
