> Poor customer service. I called to get a price on brake pads, got transferred around to 4 different employees and then call was disconnected. I called back and was then told they don't give prices on the phone? Very unfriendly and not at all helpful.

My car was promptly diagnosed. After it was fixed, I was given the broken part as they patiently explained to me what caused the problem with my car. For once, I didn't feel like I was being taken for a long expensive ride. They completely changed my negative perspective about Pep Boys., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
