> Had a problem closing one of our commercial doors on a Friday evening, we have a lot of homeless people in our area and was worried about supplies missing as well as any damage. Called R&S and had a return call within 10 minutes, dispatched 2 techs and they arrived within minutes and had the door repaired and closing properly - wow don't find service this quick and efficient these days. Will definitely use them from now on on our commercial roll up doors.
