> Rudest secretary on the planet! High pitched voice, female, and incredibly condescending. This business doesn't have a website, nothing to give it credibility, so they should rely on the employees to give it  a good name. With incompetent people working, people who HANG up on a potential customer, its a wonder places like these survive.
