I walked into the salon at 12:30 and wasn't finished until 4:30. I came in for a haircut and my acrylic nails to be removed. They didn't have the electric drill to remove my acrylic nails so they had me sit with my nails soaking in acetone and use a nail file to remove my nails. My cuticles still burn 4 days later and are all scabbed! I am not happy the haircut either. Then they have the nerve to charge me $125 for a haircut and manicure! I was in shock at the time of check out and paid their outrageous fee but went back later to explain how unhappy i was with the services and asked for my money back Mimi the manager said sorry she could not give me my money back. I asked if I could talk with the owner and she told me she was not in so i asked when she would be in and she said she didn't know. I told her i would be checking back periodically to speak with the owner and she threatened to call the police when i come back for harassment. My "sideswept bangs" I requested are the worst half bowl cut. I have a freaking CHUNK of hair of different layers (why he decided to go against my request and LAYER bangs is beyond me). Now I have years of styling nightmares to look forward to. It's so bad I'm embarrassed to even go out in public.
