Rebecca thoroughly explained everything she was going to do before she did it. She used terms I could understand and didn't scold me for having a little build up. She anticipated when I was going to need a break and gave me that break before I requested it. About a year ago I made a switch to Dr. Nejati's office and I've been happy about this decision ever since.
