> What the other reviewer did NOT tell you is that the call was made TWO YEARS after being notified by email that all our accounts were sold to ANOTHER COMPANY. That email also gave information on who to call or email for assistance. That individual called for help TWO YEARS after the last payment on the account in question. Let me ask this: how many of you folks work for free?
