The subject drives a black car. Calif. Plate: 8EDF268. The subject appeared to be attempting to instigate provocation at , Starbuck's Coffee. Cross streets: Ellis and Brookhurst. On Dec. 2, 2018. Sunday. The subject was observed slapping customers or customer on the arm. The excuse being to use a chair. When all the subject had to do is be polite and respectful. Use the word: ( Excuse me ,Sir or Miss ).  As we know his unjustified acts. Are against public policy. Calif. Penal Code: 240. Assault.  He was much bigger then those he was slapping.  Calif. Penal Code: 422.6. This is bullyish behavior.  Attempt is: Calif. Penal Code: 664. It did appear he was disturbing the peace. Calif. Penal Code: 647 g. Attempt is: Calif. Penal Code: 664.  Its obvious his motive and intent was to start a fight in the Starbucks.  His plate is: 8EDF268. black car. He had a accomplice that was with him. A female Asian adult. She had a black and white stripped sweater. The instigating subject is a : Male Hispanic adult. No visible, facial hair, no visible tattoos. The subject is approximately ; Five foot ten inches tall. Possibly one hundred eighty pounds. Its unknown if the subject has priors ? He was observed wearing a long sleeve light brown sweater. Dark Levi pants. Navy blue pants. Dark Tennie shoes.  I do hope the subject is eventually stopped . Before he starts a fight and hurts some one innocent.  The time frame was: 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. in side the Starbucks sitting area. Sneaking up from behind customers or customer sitting slap on shoulder arm or rotator cup. This is : Assault. Calif. Penal Code: 240.   .
