> I called in to ask about a battery problem I was having.  The man picked up and I told him I'm having a battery problem.  He immediately hangs up.  A minnute later I called back and got their voicemail saying they are now closed.  As I listened the voicemail specifically says they do not close until 5 and I called in at 430.  I guess they're happy to take my money, but when I have a problem they completely ignore you
