> I called in a dozen bagels this morning and just simply asked if I could pay with credit card over the phone and the girl who answer replied, We don't do that over the phone. So snotty! After I picked up my bagels (the girl was very friendly while I was in the store), I got back to the office and realized they didn't give me a receipt. Partly my fault. So I called back to ask if one could be faxed over, and the woman on the other end said, "Sure....(long pause)...come on down", then she slammed the phone down. Also in a snotty tone like I was bothering her. Plus, I didn't ask if I could come down and get a receipt, I asked if one could be faxed. Der! Whatever. It's not the first time they've been rude.
