The owner Brenda is a nice lady, but she over promises and under delivers. I sat with her for two hours to plan the flowers for my daughter's wedding. She had great ideas and explained just how each arrangement would look. She even showed me a bride's bouquet that she had designed that had been featured on the cover of an on line wedding guide. I told her that it was beautiful and that was the look I wanted, but with less roses and in white, not red. The main point I stressed was that I wanted the exact look of the greenery around the outside of the bouquet so it would stand out from the white dress when photographed. She assured me she would do this. To make a long story short, they showed up to the venue late and the bouquets were NOTHING like promised. The flowers were small and wilted quickly, but most importantly the bride’s bouquet had NO greenery around it at all!! It was a bunch of white roses wrapped tightly together and a few TINY hydrangeas around the outside. Again, to keep this short, when I spoke with her after the wedding, she had the nerve to tell me if I did not like the flowers at the time, I should have not used them for the ceremony. She was full of excuses of how busy they had been as this was right after mother’s day, but she considered the matter closed. I guess I did have a choice the day of my only daughter’s wedding one half hour before the ceremony; dispute the look of the flowers with the florist, or help my daughter get dressed taking the traditional pictures of the pre-ceremony. When I got to the funeral..... no flowers! Half way through the service i see them delivering them. I had paid for delivery the day before and trusted that delivery confirmation was true. I would never use them or trust them again! I have tried to call several times to talk to them about it, but no one ever answers the phone. I have left 3 messages with no response.
