They ordered breadsticks on the to go line.  After waiting for 15 minutes, my wife inquired and found out they did not process her order in the kitchen.  The cashier did not know what was going on until my wife inquired about it.  We went here for dine-in dinner.  We waited for 15 minutes, but no one came to take our order.  I asked to speak to the supervisor, but was told that there is no supervisor on duty.  We left the establishment at that point.  How can an establishment declares a grand opening with that level of service and no supervisor on duty.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-03-06"}]}
