Then followed the male customer in the Starbucks. Isn't this : Stalking ? Then the nice customer asked him if he wanted to go in front . He insisted on standing behind the customer. It was as though he was either attempting to get gay butt close ? Or instigate provocation ? Isn't following some one stalking ? Calif. Penal Code: 636.9 ? He has been observed staring at other customers in challenging and dueling manner. Calif. Penal Code: 415. From a security company called: Surfside Patrol. 12505 Beach Blvd, Stanton CA. The at will employee guard has been observed on two occasions loitering in the shopping center Denny's Restaurant. On two occasions for an hour each time. In stead of patrolling the shopping center. The first time it looked like he was flirting with a female employee of Denny's. Then using profanity. The second time he was loitering again in the restaurant again for a hour. This time it appeared he was staring at a paying customer. In a challenging and dueling manner. He again used profanity. He was heard yelling out the word : Ass and something followed. Its unknown why the security company is turning a blind eye? He is suppose to be patrolling the shopping center. To keep it safe. I think his unjustified loitering in a restaurant for approximately an hour is out side the scope of his employment ? Calif. Penal Codes: 647g & 555.2.
