> Our American Standard water heater of just over 4 yrs. was leaking into the pan. A.S. who didn't sound that business like gave us 3 names to call  of which none of them wanted to be bothered with something that had 2 yrs. left on guarantee The original installers had gone out of business.. In desperation we just decided to call Sears to get a new one, feeling very badly about only 4 yrs. of use. When the service man came he could immediately see that the water heater was OK but only the flexlines at the top of the heater were leaking. They had been replaced 2 yrs. ago and know now that both when the water heater was installed initially and two yrs ago, both times the work or parts were inferior as they should last at least 10 yrs. we were told. The service man called his boss to explain things and got the go ahead to replace flexlines and return water heater to store. Whenever we need any  plumbing work--water heater or other--we would not hesitate to call All Valley Plumbing  in Fremont to do the work.  They are honest, fair, and do excellent work, of which you could not ask for more. Sears is recommended, too, as they were in on all this, too and business like and fair..
