> This cafe boasts a excellant varied manu including some unique twists on old favorites.  Folks come form all around to sample Minerva's BLAT - A bacon, lettuce, and tomato WITH AVOCADO tucked into their home made 'pocket bread' that is simply out of this world.  The service is real down home...and all patrons are made to feel like a member of the family.  Terrific choice for Breakfast or Lunch...closed in the evenings I am afraid...and breakfast is no longer served after 10:30 AM Monday through Friday. You will enjoy your meal at Minerva's...bring the family.
