> If I could rate no star, i would not even give a star for this Spa. After looking at others review, now I am not surprised that I receives such a horrible service. They overcharged your credit card for $120 when they said they will only authorize $69. I called and they said they will cancel the $120 authorization but it takes 2-3 days for the hold on my credit card to be released. Then they ask for another authorization before the previous one is reversed to my credit card.I refused, and explained to them that it is not fair for them to authorize my card again before the previous overcharge credit is reversed. (which is their mistake). They changed my reservation to a "walk in" and told me that they still have my appointment on the system. They said since i refused to give them my CC again, they have to leave it as a walk in but they will make a note and make sure I have my appointment set. Guess what, less than one hour before my appointment, they sent me an email that my reservation is cancelled because it is a walk in reservation and they have taken another customer. I couldn't believe it!. I call them immediately but No one pick up phone call, left a message and no one ever reply. Horrible service

> I cannot believe their staff could treat a customer like this, overcharged my credit card and cancel my appointment in less than an hour on the day of the appointment! Most horrible service I've never receive in my life. They overcharged my credit card for $120 when they said they will only authorize $69. I called and they said they will cancel the $120 authorization but it takes 2-3 days for the hold on my credit card to be released. On the appointment day, they email me and cxl my appointment in less than an hour!! Horrible people!

> I used to go to san francisco city and napa for my spa treatments every 3 weeks or so. Then I saw an ad for spa dhara and decided to give it a try...from the pictures it looked very intriguing. So I went there and requested a tour. The tour impressed me... all these amazing therapies and classy rooms and all brand new! So I booked an appointment for me and my husband....we went for the duet package which included massages and a herbal bath.... The therapists were incredible and the room we were in was very nice with soft music playing, the bath tub filled froma ceiling faucet made it look more dramatic. The herbal bath felt so relaxing... i want to try the other therapies and rooms too! love this place and I am happy that someone decided to make a spa of this caliber in east bay...thank you thank you thank you

> What I love about this place is that it has exceptional therapies not found in mnay places - these include hammam and many hydrotherpies.many spas claim to be spas but in reality are not. Spa Dhara to me is an authentic spa with many hydrotherapies a variety of massages and facialsi got their annual membership and i love it... it helps me save and gives me an excuse to try out different massages and facials every month. one thing i had never heard of before is ayuveda. they have many therapies in ayuveda and last month i tried one where they pour oil on your forehead and it put me to sleep... it was blissfulthe spa looks wonderful and is always very clean and their therapists seem to know what they are doing ...

> Today I visited Spa dhara for a hamam therapy. I had one long back in Turkey when we were stationed in Germany and were visiting turkey. and I missed it. so when i found out that a spa in bay area has it, i called and booked an appointment.. The spa is lovely and the hamam was so authentic (and in a clean enviornment unlike most places in turkey) This spa in fremont has several hamam therpaies...but i recommend you go for the authentic one that uses beldi soaps and argan oil......The therapist was very professional and did a great job. The therapy itself....wow! i loved it......made me want to be there longer....and i feel so refreshed...... this is one therapy you guys must try out this is a wonderful spa and I am glad we have such treatments in california

> I love their facials - all organic and in a setting that I normally find only in big cities and resorts. I went there last wednesday and had a facial and a bamboo massage. I must admit I never had a bamboo massage before. It was different but very relaxing... specially when the therapist rolled them on me in a gentle back and forth way...i felt asleep..lol!

> I and my husband went to Spa Dhara for our wedding anniversary treat. We both took the Pleasure Day at the Spa package which included an amazing caviar facial. Both the facial and our therapist were awesome. This is one of the best facials I've had. I do take care of my skin and visit many spas. I liked the ambience, the large relaxation room and the very clean bathrooms and therapy rooms. Very soothing music was playing. We also had the Rasull treatment as part of the package. I never felt this good at a spa, well I did when I visited a spa in London once, but never in the US. The rasull treatment had us all in clay and then the steam turned on....mmmm felt sooo good :)I definitely would go there again to try their other services, my husband wants to try out their massages and boardroom facial...we will be back soon

> This is simply the best Spa I have seen in a city. I am a frequent visitor to spas in bay area and when I am vacation to spas in other areas such as LA, Dallas, New York and Maui.I love the way this spa flows and the kind of services it offers. I like the fact that they are all organic and natural and have some treatments that simply pamper and revitalize you...such as the Marma massage and couples clay treatment in the Rasul ....the room is soo romantic ;)I will be a frequent visitor here!
