> Worst apartment to live in and morover they almost took all my security deposit in the end. Oh boy they charge you with one hefty amount stating carpet cleaning whole apartment cleaning and also painting. What's the difference between carpet.cleaning and apartment cleaning? And also painting. Just day time robbery. Now you go n see.. 2 bed for $2000 to $2400. Definitely I would say its not that worth living there if you are a family. As a bachelors we found very hard living there for 1 year. Just they will rob you in the name of rent and finally your security deposit. Better try apartments like alborada avalon and pebble creek in fremont. Full of bugs and fortunately there is no bed bugs but spiders mosquitos leaches etc etc you would find inside the apartment. I would say dont ever go visit this place for even to have a look at the apartments if you want to save yourself day time robbers and save some bucks which you earn hard out of your efforts. I should give negative undefinable rating to this worst apartments but this website asking me to give atleast 1 rating. That's how I feel now after losing so much of money to these robbers
