Brian negotiated my claim with Geico, and Vanguard ended up repairing my car a day earlier than my claim allowed. That meant that I got my car back on Friday instead of Monday. Huge difference, as I was getting sick of driving my rental car. Speaking of rental cars, Enterprise is just around the corner. When I finally reached the west coast, I decided I needed to get my car checked (which I should have done before I left, but I didn't) so I stopped at this shop called Vanguard Auto Body Repair, and they seriously had the best customer service I've ever encountered. I wish they were in New York, so I could have them service my car whenever I needed. They were so cool, super honest, and efficient with all the work that was done, and most of all, they were reasonably affordable. My vehicle's drivers side mirror got knocked off in a hit and run. I saw all the great reviews about Vanguard, so I called the day before going and explained I needed to replace the side mirror. They ordered it that day(at a very reasonable price of $65-for a Honda Civic) and I took my car in the next day. They worked very quickly and I was in and out before I knew it.
