> By the way, I did not post any stars for this comment. The system automatically input them and all I want to do is respond to my first and only negative review in 3 years of being in business. Check our yelppage. There are 27 5 star reviews and 9 filtered 5 star reviews... No negative and ALL from legitimate customers. So I just need to point this out even though the majority of prospects wont ever even see it on this website (it's not so popular). //My name is Chris, I am the owner of Vinyl ink. This is in response to the comment below from Mo B. The last thing my business is, is unethical. We have literally handed cash back to completely satisfied customers, COMPLETELY on our behalf without any word from the customer... after we realized an up charge error. People say I can charge more because of our demand... but I don't. Customers are willing to pay more to get into our calendar a little sooner, but I don't charge them extra and I try to fit them in anyway.. if I can. // I remember this lady very clearly. Our website DID NOT say anything about beating competitor pricing... this was listed on this old YP account page which we were unable to remove and honestly forgot about. I still can't edit it!  //  Mo B. did not once refer to this "price match" being listed on the YP website, but instead continued to swear it was on OUR website... which it was not. We did competitor price matching in our first year and stopped once the large workload of REFERRED business started to flow in. We did not know that this page showed this incorrect information which Mo B. called in about... 2 YEARS after we stopped price matching... which is exactly what I explained to Mo B. over the phone. "We haven't offered that in years". Except, Mo B. did not want to accept the truth and kept arguing and referring to OUR WEBSITE which did NOT have any information about price matching. Surprisingly, I was able to stay calm over the phone even though Mo B. continued to call me a liar and dishonest about something which to me.. made no sense. I asked her to show me by sending me a link, and she refused and just kept telling me, "on your website!". I didn't even know this whole thing (YP page) existed until today, almost 3 years after we originally posted it when we opened the business and 3 months after Mo B.'s review //  There are always two sides to a story. I challenge anyone to find me guilty of running an unethical or untruthful business. If I ever make a mistake and charge a customer too low, I will NEVER make them pay for the difference. It has happened before and I have completely lost my rear on the job... like literally paid for the install myself. Unethical? I think not. I don't want to sound rude, but this was one of those, "OMG, what is this person talking about" situations and she just kept arguing calling me a liar... as if I had a reason to do so. I have thousands of clients who I can refer to anyone and I can guarantee they will all stand behind my integrity. //I usually care about every customer and want them to have a good experience.... but people who create their own reality and don't accept facts just make it so difficult.
